May I return my item?
As the products we sell are of a personal nature, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchange for items purchased through our site. If the product is faulty or defective you should contact us via email or the website within 30 days of your purchase date. Please remember purchase new batteries before to test the product as in many instances this will fix the issue. We ask to please contact us before returning any items. Products that are found to be in working order that have been returned will be sent back to the purchaser at their own cost.
Are batteries included?
Some items include batteries but we don't automatically send batteries with our goods. We always recommend to use brand new batteries with your new goods. You can buy batteries here.
