Do you have a store I can visit?

We are an online online store and do not have any physical presence.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

We are an online online store and do not have any physical presence, hence Click & Collect is not possible.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been prepared, it may be possible to cancel your order. Please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I return my item?

As the products we sell are of a personal nature, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchange for items purchased through our site. If the product is faulty or defective you should contact us via email or the website within 30 days of your purchase date. Please remember purchase new batteries before to test the product as in many instances this will fix the issue. We ask to please contact us before returning any items. Products that are found to be in working order that have been returned will be sent back to the purchaser at their own cost.

Are batteries included?

Some items include batteries but we don't automatically send batteries with our goods. We always recommend to use brand new batteries with your new goods. You can buy batteries here.

Is it safe to use my credit card here?

  • We request your name, email, payment details and physical address which we use to complete your order. We will keep your name and address details in a secure area of our website to make ordering your next order easier. No credit card details are ever retained by Pleasure Den®.
