Order Timeframes

Items are shipped via StarTrack (Australian Air Express) usually within 24 hours of placing the order (Also referred to as "same day" shipping). If an order is placed before 12:00pm AEST then it is dispatched the same day. Although most orders are delivered to major cities overnight (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and Hobart), please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to metro areas and 3-6 days to regional areas. Please also note that larger items may take an extra day as they will be sent by road.

We offer a table rate shipping arrangement to anywhere within Australia.

Order Status & Tracking

Tracking numbers are sent automatically by our system in the late afternoon/early evening. You will be notified by email with the tracking details. Orders can be tracked via StarTrack Trace & Trace.

If your order status says Processing it means your item is ready for shipping or has already been posted. You should soon receive your tracking details.

Discreet Delivery

All our items are securely and discreetly packaged in courier satchels bags or brown boxes with no reference to Pleasure Den or Sex Toys Australia. No one will know what's inside or where it came from!
